Some sessions just feel like sunshine from start to finish -
and Shantell and Issac’s engagement session was exactly that. From the moment we met up, these two brought the best energy. The kind that makes you feel like you’ve known them forever. They were laughing, joking, and completely wrapped up in each other the entire time—which, as a photographer, is honestly the dream.

Shantell has this effortless glow about her, and Issac balances her so perfectly with his calm, easygoing vibe. Together? Pure magic. Every little moment—whether it was a quiet forehead touch or them bursting out laughing mid-pose—felt so genuine and so them.
We wandered through the most beautiful spots, chasing that dreamy golden light, and they just leaned into it all. No stress, no overthinking—just being together and soaking it in. Those are always the sessions that turn into something really special.
One of my favourite parts? The in-between moments. The way Issac looks at Shantell when she’s not even noticing, or how she instantly lights up when he pulls her in close. You can just feel how much love they have for each other—and it made capturing their story so easy.
